Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by sending us an email at: [email protected]

Please include your order number and request for cancellation in your email so we can process it quickly.

After 30 Minutes

Orders begin processing quickly to ensure fast delivery.
If more than 30 minutes have passed, your order may already be in processing.

  • If the order has not yet shipped, we will try to cancel it when possible.
  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

In that case, eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Orders Not Yet Received

If you have not yet received your order and wish to cancel:

  • The order can only be canceled if it has not shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible
  • You may request a return after delivery if eligible

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address:

  • Address changes are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • If the order is still processing, we can modify the address
  • If the order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible
